Many theaters offer private event rentals, but only the Avon Park Theater offers a space designed with events in mind. The Avon Park Theater is the perfect venue for your party or corporate event. We would love to talk to you about hosting your next business meeting, milestone birthday or anniversary party, or private screenings of movies or sporting events. We can accomodate parties of up to 75 people. We’ll work with your caterer or preferred restaurant to create a truly memorable event. We are licensed for beer, wine & hard ciders and seltzers. We have a digital projection system with surround sound, as well as a stage sound and lighting system available.
Our venue is fully ADA accessible. There is ample free parking both on Genesee Street, and in municipal lots behind the theater and across the street.

Sorry, we do not offer childrens birthday parties. Children are welcome at private screening parties only and must be directly supervised by a parent or other adult.
